A Lesson From the Spirit of the Geese

A small lesson from the spirit of the geese.  The geese  fly in “V” formation and as each bird flaps its wings, it creates an “uplift” for the bird following.  When the leading goose gets tired, it rotates back into the formation and another goose flies at the point position.  The “honking” that we hear when we see the geese in formation in the sky, is encouragement being sent from behind to encourage those up in front to keep up their speed.  We also need to make sure our “honking” from behind is encouraging to our fellow employees, teammates,  friends, acquatainces and family.  “honk” “honk”
